myoncare App & Website

Myoncare app is a health digital companion.

The app can only be used registering with a QR code which a patient can get from a doctor or hospital that uses myoncare.

Myoncare app supports patients throughout their health journey by allowing them to easily exchange various health data, such as care and therapy plans, medications, files, activity data and messages with your doctors.

The app enables doctors to digitally support patients in addition to the analog examinations. With patient personal feedback, his doctor can react to complications, side effects and symptoms potentially at an earlier stage.

The patient himself can allow healthcare professionals to have viewing access to their basic health data such as height, weight, bpm, blood pressure, steps, sleep, distance, and calories. These data points will be visualized within a doctors web application.

Overview

The preparation for the design (research, journey mapping, wireframing) and some parts of the design were done by my colleague who went in maternity leave and I continued to work on it.
I worked closely with stakeholders and development team to ship the desired product.
I also worked on company logo, branding and website.

User-Centered Information Architecture
Worked on the app's information architecture to organize content and features logically. Segregated user profiles (patient, caregiver, healthcare provider) and streamlined navigation pathways.
Accessible
Design
Prioritized accessibility by implementing features such as voiceover support, adjustable font sizes, and high-contrast themes. Ensured all UI elements meet WCAG guidelines.
Appointment Booking Simplification
Designed the appointment booking process to make it more straightforward. Included real-time availability checks, calendar integration, and reminders.
Telemedicine
Integration
Facilitated seamless telemedicine consultations with a user-friendly video conferencing interface. Integrated secure communication channels for healthcare providers and patients.
Personalized Health Dashboard
Designed a personalized dashboard for patients to view their health information, appointment schedules, medication lists, and lab results at a glance.
Interactive Medication Tracking
